Caroline Lin
Caroline Lin is the Chief Operating Officer at the McConnell Foundation, which contributes to diverse and innovative approaches to community resilience, reconciliation, and climate through capital and cross-sector partnerships. A Chartered Professional Accountant, Caroline has more than 20 years of experience in senior finance, advisory, and management roles within multinational, entrepreneurial, and not-for-profit organizations. She has advised and served on numerous charitable and non-profit boards and holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma from the John Molson School of Business.
Caroline Lin est cheffe de la direction des opérations à la Fondation McConnell, qui contribue à l’avancement d’approches diversifiées et novatrices pour relever les défis systémiques liés aux communautés, à la réconciliation et au climat, grâce à l’investissement d’impact et à des partenariats intersectoriels. Comptable professionnelle agréée (CPA), Caroline cumule plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans des postes de direction en finances, en services-conseils et en gestion, au sein d’organisations multinationales, entrepreneuriales et à but non lucratif. Elle a également siégé à de nombreux conseils d’administration d’organismes de bienfaisance et sans but lucratif. Elle est titulaire d’une maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) de HEC Montréal, ainsi que d’un baccalauréat en commerce et d’un diplôme d’études supérieures de la John Molson School of Business.
